In addition, the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is the statutory body that has jurisdiction to hear any claims against frienclix survey regarding compliance with the Privacy Shield. There is a possibility, under certain conditions, for individuals to invoke last resort binding arbitration before the Privacy Shield Panel to be created by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission
